Thanks for taking the time to apply to volunteer at  Jazz Aspen Snowmass Labor Day Experience .

ALL VOLUNTEERS APPLYING AFTER AUGUST 13 WILL BE PLACED ON A WAIT LIST!

All Volunteers MUST submit an application below to be considered for a Volunteer Position. If you are accepted as a volunteer, you will be assigned a minimum of one shift in exchange for a 1-Day festival pass, and a festival staff t-shirt.  (Volunteers can work up to 3 shifts).  

Acceptance notice begins in the second week of JULY.  Thank you for your interest in volunteering at this year's Jazz Aspen Snowmass Experience!

SHOW INFO:  The Labor Day Event will be held in Snowmass Village on the edge of the golf course located on Brush Creek Rd.  As you exit the RFTA bus at the Rodeo Lot you will then follow signs to the Volunteer Check in.

Volunteer Terms *
(Please Read Carefully) I understand and agree that submitting this application form does not automatically register me as a Jazz Aspen Snowmass volunteer. By submitting this form, I attest that the information I have provided on the form is true and accurate.  

If I am accepted as a volunteer, I agree to the following:
- To satisfactorily complete my scheduled shifts. -To arrive on time to my scheduled shifts.
-To NOT be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during my shifts.
-To NOT bring any pets with me to my shifts (yes, this means no dogs too).
-To be an ambassador of good will for the festival and to treat festival patrons with respect and courtesy.

I understand if I fail to meet any of the above requirements it may result in the forfeiture of my festival ticket and deposit.  If I am accepted as a volunteer and assigned shifts, I agree to notify the volunteer coordinator by no later than August 23, 2023 if I find I am unable to participate. I understand failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of my deposit. All applicants must enter credit card information as a guarantee that you will complete your scheduled shifts if accepted as a volunteer. If you fail to satisfactorily complete your scheduled shifts, JAS reserves the right to charge for the equivalent amount of your ticket(s).

I understand that parking and transportation are not provided to volunteers.

I understand that neither the Jazz Aspen Snowmass Experience nor any of its officers, employees, or volunteers shall be held liable for any claims seeking damages for personal injury or property damage that may arise out of my participation as a volunteer for the festival. I also agree to indemnify the Jazz Aspen Snowmass Experience, its officers, employees, volunteers and the Town of Snowmass Village harmless on account of any such claims.
