Thanks for taking the time to apply to vend at Jazz Aspen Snowmass Labor Day Experience . We will make sure to review every submission and will be approving the first round of vendors by May 1, 2024. We will continue to accept applications until all vending positions are filled.

By submitting this application you acknowledge and agree to the JAS Vendor regulations:

We are committed to minimizing the impact of the festival on the environment. We encourage for you to do your part and help us maintain our reputation as a “green” festival. As such, we require the use of bio-degradable utensils and accessories (plates, cups, food containers, etc).  Food vendors whose application is accepted will be given further information regarding this initiative.We will provide compost bins for bio-degradable products and food in the vendor area. We will also provide recycling bins for glass, aluminum, approved plastics and cardboard in the vendor area.

You must provide and set up your own lighting. All naked light bulbs must be screened. Your booth must be open during the entire festival (until the Headliner begins). You are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and removing your own booth (unless provided by us), your merchandise and your trash. Your booth must be removed and the area cleaned up before 12 PM on Monday, SEPT 2, 2024.

Food/Beverage booths must comply with local food handling regulations. It is the vendor's responsibility to submit a special event food service application with Pitkin County at least 2 weeks prior to the event and provide a copy to the vendor coordinator. 10lb bags of ice will be available for purchase from the bar truck for $10 per bag (price may change).

Food vendors are required to provide 10 meal tickets per day with a value of up to $12. (JAS will have these printed so staff/VIPs can use them like cash).

VENDOR WORKING WRISTBANDS ARE FOR WORKING STAFF ONLY. ANY VENDORS CAUGHT MISUSING OR SELLING WRISTBANDS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY EJECTED FROM THE EVENT. 

OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS PROHIBITED. ANY VENDORS CAUGHT WITH OUTSIDE ALCOHOL WILL BE IMMEDIATELY EJECTED FROM THE EVENT.
